About these terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. They apply to consumer sales of physical kitchen-storage goods. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

Products are sold by CHRIS ANDERSON PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 05228824, registered office 2 Dovedale Avenue, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO12 6JX, United Kingdom. We are a consumer retailer of mailable homeware products only; we do not provide installation, repair or any trade or contractor services.
Products
We sell food-storage jars, containers and fresh-keeping kitchen organisers. We describe each product as accurately as we can, including materials, capacity and care. Product photography is illustrative; minor variations in colour or finish can occur. Materials and care guidance are described on each product page — please follow them.
Pricing & currency
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless stated. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We try to keep prices accurate, but if we discover a genuine pricing error we will contact you before processing your order and you may confirm or cancel it. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are your responsibility (see our Shipping Policy).
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We will send an acknowledgement email; a binding contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud) and will refund any payment taken.
Payment
Payment is taken securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Your card statement will show the descriptor CANDERSONPH.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Processing times, delivery estimates, costs and customs responsibilities are set out in full in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns & refunds
You can return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, food-contact items cannot be returned once opened or used. Full details, including faulty-item rights, are in our Returns & Refund Policy. None of this affects your statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, the Candersonph name and logo — belongs to CHRIS ANDERSON PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
Warranties & liability
We supply products with reasonable care and to the description given. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
