Where we ship
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom, including to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and most other destinations. If checkout will not accept your address, email support@candersonph.shop and we will help.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- United States & Canada: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and peak periods can occasionally extend delivery times.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over $55 qualify for free standard shipping. A flat-rate charge applies to smaller orders and is always shown before you pay. All charges are in US Dollars (USD).
Tracking
Most orders ship with tracking. When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Duties & taxes
Prices do not include import duties or local taxes for international orders. Where a destination country charges duties or taxes on import, these are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery. Please check your local rules if you are unsure.
Damaged in transit
We pack glass and breakable items with protective padding. In the rare event something arrives damaged, email a photo to support@candersonph.shop within 48 hours and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable — for example because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed — we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (a further shipping charge may apply) or a refund for the goods, less the original shipping cost.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
